All items are handmade to order, the turnaround time is up to 3 weeks from date of order to date of dispatch. However, if you would like your item in time for a certain date, such as a birthday or other special occasion, please contact me before ordering to discuss your requirements. I will always try to accommodate urgent orders when I am able to do so. Please note that this may not be possible during busy periods.

I will always send an email notification when your order has been posted. If you do not receive a notification and you believe your order has reached the 3 week window, please check your junk mail ​as sometimes these messages do find their way into your junk folder.
